Which data we process
When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access and the page requested. If you book a discovery call, we process the contact details you provide to organize the appointment.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing technical access data serves the secure operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR, legitimate interest). Processing your contact details serves the initiation and performance of an engagement (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR).
Booking via Cal.com
We use Cal.com for appointment booking. When you book a slot, the data you enter there is processed by Cal.com on our behalf. Please note the privacy information provided there.
Retention period
We store personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or statutory retention periods. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. An informal message is enough to exercise your rights.
Data security
The website is served over HTTPS. We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized access.
Client hackathon data
Company data of our clients processed during a Corporathon stays in their responsibility. Scope, access and data protection are agreed in advance, and we use anonymized or synthetic data where needed. After the hackathon this data stays with the client.
