This notice explains, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), how Corporathon processes personal data.
Controller
The controller under the GDPR is Corporathon, Tim Jamboula (sole proprietorship), Sanderstraße 18, 12047 Berlin, Germany. Email: info@ki-workshops.co. Appointment requests also run through https://cal.com/jamboula/ai-hackathon.
Which data we process
When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access and the page requested. If you book a discovery call, we process the contact details you provide to organize the appointment.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing technical access data serves the secure operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR, legitimate interest). Processing your contact details serves the initiation and performance of an engagement (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR).
Hosting
The website is hosted by netcup GmbH in Germany. When you visit the site, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Fonts
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). Your browser connects to Google's servers for this, and your IP address is transmitted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent and fast display of the website).
External scripts via jsDelivr
The script for the cookie notice (vanilla-cookieconsent) is loaded through the content delivery network jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). Your IP address is transmitted to the CDN operator. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, because the cookie notice is needed to run the website lawfully.
YouTube and LinkedIn
No YouTube videos and no LinkedIn posts are currently embedded on the website. There are links to LinkedIn, for example to share an article. Only when you click such a link do you leave the website, and the provider (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, for YouTube Google Ireland Limited) processes your data under its own privacy policy. If we embed videos or posts in the future, they will load only after your consent.
Cookies, tracking and analytics tools
Access to information on your device (for example cookies or local storage) takes place under Section 25 TDDDG only with your consent. Accesses that are strictly necessary for technical reasons are exempt. Further processing of the data is governed by the GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie notice.
Google Tag Manager (GTM-TKW4P8BP) delivers only the tags permitted by consent. Google Analytics 4 (G-7GT7L56V4X) loads only after analytics consent. The Meta Pixel (1047451224737077) loads only after marketing consent.
Booking via Cal.com
We use Cal.com for appointment booking. When you book a slot, the data you enter there is processed by Cal.com on our behalf. Please note the privacy information provided there.
Retention period
We store personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or statutory retention periods. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. An informal message is enough to exercise your rights.
Data security
The website is served over HTTPS. We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized access.
Client hackathon data
Company data of our clients processed during a Corporathon stays in their responsibility. Scope, access and data protection are agreed in advance, and we use anonymized or synthetic data where needed. After the hackathon this data stays with the client.
